Clients are expected to supply accurate information about the origin, history, and condition of items under review. This includes any known repairs, restorations, or prior appraisals. Withholding material facts may affect the reliability of our findings and the validity of the final report.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, assessments are based on physical examination, available documentation, and current scholarship. Tetra Biblios is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of our reports, including purchase, sale, or insurance valuations. Clients should seek independent legal or financial counsel where required.

Client collections, correspondence, and research materials are treated as confidential. We retain working notes and photographic records for internal reference and may anonymise case details for scholarly publications. No client information is shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees are calculated for work completed up to the date of termination. Upon closure, all client materials are returned and any unpublished research notes are either delivered or destroyed according to the client's preference.

These conditions may be revised to reflect changes in practice, legal requirements, or the scope of services offered. Clients will be notified of any material updates before they take effect. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
